Then, in close collaboration with the Client, we recommend a series of refurbishment / fit-out options on the basis of achieving functionality, aesthetics and low cost.
Particular attention is given to energy-efficiency and sustainability of the recommended interventions. Each recommended proposal is accompanied by the project budget as well as the works’ timetable. All works are undertaken by specialized personnel using advanced materials.
